Digital Impressions - Finesse Porcelain Studio

Finesse Porcelain Studio is happy to accept digital scans from most major intraoral scanners. Please review our protocols below to find instructions for your preferred scanner.

Search [email protected] to find our lab and connect.
Select Finesse Porcelain Studio Lab whenever sending files.

Call Midmark™ support at 800-634-2249 select Option 3.
Select Option 1 and request support Finesse Porcelain Studio Lab be added to your scanner.
Midmark™ will then confirm with Finesse Porcelain Studio Lab and add connection remotely.

Option 1

Email Finesse Porcelain Studio Lab at [email protected] and we will connect with your scanner.

Option 2

Select Carestream Connect on your scanner and search for Finesse Porcelain Studio Lab Dental Laboratory or [email protected].
Select Finesse Porcelain Studio Lab Dental Laboratory when submitting raw .STL files.

Option 1:

Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero Scanner or use lab locator at www.itero.com.
Connect with Finesse Porcelain Studio Lab using our Company ID.
After connecting to us as a Lab, select Finesse Porcelain Studio Lab on your scanner when sending files.

Option 2:

Call 800-577-8767.
Select Option 2.
Request that Finesse Porcelain Studio Lab is added to your scanner using our phone number: (877) 523-4241.
After Finesse Porcelain Studio Lab has been added, restart your scanner.
After connecting to us as a lab, select Finesse Porcelain Studio Lab on your scanner when sending files.

Select Find a Lab option on your scanner.
Search for either Finesse Porcelain Studio Lab or [email protected].
Add Finesse Porcelain Studio Lab Dental Laboratory.
Select Finesse Porcelain Studio Lab Dental Laboratory when submitting scans.

Create or login to your CEREC® Connect account.
Select “MY CEREC CONNECT”
Search for Finesse Porcelain Studio Lab as the Company Name. Check the box for Finesse Porcelain Studio Lab and select ADD to complete registration.
Whenever submitting your case via CEREC®, select Finesse Porcelain Studio Lab from your list.
